These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Southwest Airlines PTFS ("we," "our," or "us") systems, website, and Discord-based services. By participating in our community or using our booking platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Purpose

Southwest Airlines PTFS is a fan-made, virtual airline created within the Roblox game "Pilot Training Flight Simulator" (PTFS). It is a community-based experience for entertainment and roleplay purposes only. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Southwest Airlines Co., Roblox Corporation, or the creators of Pilot Training Flight Simulator.

2. Trademarks

"Southwest," "Southwest Airlines," "Rapid Rewards," "A-LIST," "EarlyBird Check-In," and any related names, logos, and marks referenced on this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Southwest Airlines Co. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks on this site is for fan identification, commentary, and roleplay purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the trademark owners. If you are a rights holder and have concerns about the use of your trademark on this site, please contact us using the information in Section 13.

3. Eligibility

To use our services or participate in our Discord server:

• You must be at least 13 years old
• Your participation must comply with applicable laws
• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you confirm that you have the legal capacity to consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using Southwest Airlines PTFS systems, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to both our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

All members must follow the community guidelines outlined in our Regulations page. These rules include expectations regarding:

• Respectful behavior
• Prohibited conduct
• Content standards
• Community participation

Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the community and its systems.

5. Virtual Economy and Points

Our in-system points, including but not limited to Rapid Rewards and EarlyBird Check-in, are virtual items. These points:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for money or goods
• Cannot be transferred outside the system

We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove points or perks at any time to maintain system fairness.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or Discord community if a user violates these Terms or community regulations. Enforcement actions may include temporary suspension, permanent bans, or restriction of specific services. Disciplinary actions apply across all linked systems. Moderation decisions may be made with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

7. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)

Southwest Airlines PTFS is committed to protecting user privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Personal data we may process can include Discord usernames and IDs, website account information, booking or participation records, and technical data such as IP addresses or browser information. 8. User Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or other GDPR jurisdictions, you may have the right to access, correct, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Requests may be submitted through the contact methods listed in Section 13.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate our services and enforce community policies. When data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding service availability, system reliability, or data preservation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southwest Airlines PTFS and its administrators are not liable for damages, data loss, or service disruptions resulting from the use of our systems.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time. If significant changes occur, users will be notified through official announcement channels in our Discord server. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
